39 RUE DE LÉVIS, A PLACE EXPRESSING OUR CULTURE OF BREAD, FOOD FOR THE BODY AND THE SPIRIT
Designed as a grain barn, a place for storing cereals, 39 rue de Lévis aims to tell the story of the value chain from field to bread, from crust to crumb. This new store, imagined by Apollonia Poilâne and François Bouvet (architect and object designer), has been designed as a place between the field and the plate.
